    You can pay for your order via iDeal, creditcard (VISA en MasterCard), Paypal, Bankcontact Mister Cash, Fashioncheque and ofcourse a voucher or giftcard from Guts&Gusto.


    Delivery times
    If you place your order Sunday to Friday before 21:30 it will be shipped the same evening. Usually you'll receive your order the very next day! We wrap all of our items as gifts, because.. well they are! We ship all orders through PostNL. As soon as your order has been received by the PostNL delivery man, we'll send you a track & trace code. You can log in and use the code to track your order. 

    Shipping costs
    Within the Netherlands and Belgium shipping costs €3,95 per order. Orders above € 50,- are sent without shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium!

    For Germany shippings costs are €4,95 per order. Austria and the UK shipping costs are €6,95 per order. Orders above €75,- are sent without shipping costs to Germany, Austria and the UK!

    For France shipping costs are €6,95 per order. Orders above €100,- are sent to France without shipping costs!

    Shipments to any other country cost €14,95 per order.

    Pick up

    You can collect your order 7 days a week at our stores in Arnhem, Eindhoven, Enschede, Groningen and Utrecht. If you're wanting to collect it from Arnhem or Utrecht please note that the delivery process can take a few days. Also, as you're completing your order, please let us know that you will be collecting your order from a store.

    Return & exchange

    Have you received your order but it's not quite what you hoped for? That's a shame but it happens. You can return your order within 14 days as of your order date. Please send an e-mail to stating your name, invoice number (see the invoice inside your package), the name of the product and why you're returning it. As soon as you've sent us this e-mail you will receive a returns label. You can use this label to ship your product back to us and instead of paying the shipping costs, we will withhold 5 euros of your purchase amount. This counts for customers from Belgium and the Netherlands
    If you don't want to use a returns label, you can return your product (at your own costs) to the following address:

    Don't forget to ask for a returns ticket at the post office. This ticket will have a Track & Trace code on it so you can check your return being shipped back to us.

    Don't forget to include your invoice (or a copy of it) in the return. This makes it easier for us to process your return. As soon as we receive and have processed your return, we'll book the purchase amount back to your account within one business day. That goes for sale items too! Did you buy shoes from us? Please remember to return the shoes in a shoe box and package the box in an appropriate shipping envelope or bag. This is the best way to make sure the shoes stay in good condition.

    It's also possible to return your product at one of our stores in Enschede, Arnhem, Utrecht or Eindhoven. Saves the costs of shipping it of course! Please bring your invoice (or a copy of it) with you to the store to help us with your return.

    Returning an item from Belgium?
    Returns from Belgium can be quite expensive. To prevent this we can provide you with a returns label. This costs you €5,- and will be calculated back into your return amount. 

    Wanting to swap your item for something else? No problem. Send an e-mail to or give us a ring on 085 047 17 47 to let us know exactly which item you are returning, and which item you want to exchange it for. We'll make sure it's ready for you. As soon as we receive your returned item, we'll ship the new item to you (shipping costs for the new item are on us)! You are responsable for the costs of returning an item, but you can use a handy return lable. If you want to use a return lable we will send you a link to pay €5. After paying we will send you a return lable via e-mail.

    You can swap items at our stores too. Please let us know via e-mail which item you are wanting to swap so we can make sure your new item is ready for you at the store. Don't forget to bring the original invoice with you to the store! Are you returning shoes? Please place them in a shoe box and then package the box in a shipping envelope or shipping box. This is the only way to make sure the shoes stay in the correct condition.

    Exeptions for returns

    • Earrings, socks, scrunchies and headbands can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
    • Tights can be returned or exchanged but only if the package seal is still intact.
    • Giftcards cannot be exchanged or returned for (cash) money, therefore they cannot be returned.

    Returns policy

    • The item has not been worn or used and the seal is still intact
    • All tags / labels are still attatched to the item.
    • The item is returned to us within 14 days.
    • The item isreturned to us in the correct state.
    • Shoeboxes alone are not the correct way to return shoes. Shoes should be returned in the original shoebox and then packed in a shipping envelope or box.
