How do I place an order?

Ordering your favourite items is super easy. Choose the item that you'd like to order, select your size and the colour you want and click 'In shopping bag'. The item will be added to your shopping bag as if by magic! Remember: the item in your shopping bag is not reserved just for you. You can finish your order, or you can continue shopping. If you are done shopping and want to place your order, go to your shopping bag and continue to check-out. Follow the steps to complete your payment and your order has been placed! We'll keep you updated about your order via e-mail. If you place your order Sunday to Friday before 21:30, it will be shipped the same day. Usually that means you'll receive your order the very next day!

Can I pick up and pay for my order at one of the stores?

You sure can! When you've finished adding items to your shopping bag, select collect at a store on the shipment page. Then select which store you would like to pick your order up from. When you get to 'how would you like to pay for your order' you can click on the option to pick up your order at a store. Your order will then be switched to a reservation, and you'll receive an e-mail as soon as your items are ready to be picked up. You can pick your items up within 7 days. It takes on average two working days for your reservation to be processed. If some items aren't quite what you'd hoped for you can leave these behind and only pay for the ones you want to take with you!

How do I use a discount code or gift card?

Guts & Gusto gift cards and vouchers always include a barcode that can be scanned in-store and a code that you can use in the webshop. In the shopping cart, you'll see a field labeled "Do you have a discount code?" Enter the code, click "activate," and the credit will be immediately deducted from the purchase amount. You can use the same method for codes distributed with promotional offers. After clicking "activate," the discount will be applied immediately. Note: Discount codes are not valid on gift cards and sale items, unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, it's not possible to activate multiple discount codes at once.

I forgot to use my discount code. What do I do now?

Did you see a special offer in our newsletter or on Facebook, SnapChat or Instagram, or did you forget to fill in your giftcard code? No worries, it happens! Just send an e-mail to info@gutsgusto.com and we'll help you out.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Is there something wrong with your address details or did you order the wrong item or size? Don't stress! It can happen. Call us on +3185 047 1747 or e-mail us as soon as possible after you've completed your order so we can quickly correct it.
