Question 1

How can I return my order?

Have you received your order but it's not quite what you hoped for? That's a shame but it can happen. Sign up for your return by sending an e-mail to info@gutsgusto.com with your order/invoice number, item(s) and why you want to return it. When you've signed up for your return, you will receive 2 different labels via e-mail which you can choose from. 1. A smart return label that you can show to an employee at a PostNL point on your smartphone. They will take care of the label and stick it onto your package. 2. A return label you can print yourself and stick onto your package. On the label, you will find instructions on how to return your items. Only customers from the Netherlands can choose between these two options. For our customers from Belgium, only option 2 is available. When you use this label, we will keep 5 euros when we refund the purchase amount, so you don't have to pay at the post office. This is only available for our customers from Belgium and the Netherlands. When you don't want to use the return label, you can return your items (at your costs) to the following address (please sign up for your return beforehand via e-mail): Guts & Gusto Tubantiasingel 1 7514 AA Enschede Don't forget to include your invoice (or a copy) with your return package. This way we can process your return easier. As soon as we've received your returned package we'll transfer the purchase amount back to your account within 1 business day. This goes for sale items too. Do you want to return shoes? Please make sure the shoes are packaged in a shoebox and that the box is packaged in a shipping envelope or shipping box. This way we can make sure that they will be returned to us in the correct state. Do you want to return earrings? Make sure that the hygiene seal is unopened. Because of hygiene reasons, we can only process earrings that have the hygiene seal still on them.

How soon will my return be processed?

Processing your returned order takes 3 to 10 working days. As soon as your returned order is processed, you'll receive an e-mail. It usually takes a couple of working days for your payment to be transferred back to your bank account.

I want to exchange my item for something else. Is that possible?

Accepted Answer

Sure! Is your item not what you were hoping for and are you wanting to swap it for something different? No problem. Just send an e-mail to info@gutsgusto.com or call us at +31 85 0471747 and let us know which item you're wanting to return and which item you would like to swap it for. We'll make sure your new item is ready to go. As soon as we receive your return we'll ship your new item to you (shippings costs are on us)! You are responsable for the costs of returning an item, but you can use a handy return lable. If you want to use a return lable we will send you a link to pay €5. After paying we will send you a return lable via e-mail. Are you wanting to return / swap shoes? Please make sure the shoes are packaged in a shoe box and that the box is packaged in a shipping envelope or shipping box. This way we can make sure that they will be returned to us in the correct state. You can also visit one of our stores for your return. Before you do so, please let us know via e-mail or by phone that you're planning on returning an item so we can make sure you're new item is ready for you in the store. Don't forget to bring your invoice with you, or send it to us along with your e-mail!

My item is damaged, incomplete or has been wrongly delivered. What do I do now?

Question 5

Is it possible to return my order at one of the stores?

Accepted Answer

Of course! If it suits you better you can return your item at one of our stores in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Eindhoven, Enschede, Groningen, Nijmegen, Leeuwarden, Tilburg, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Zwolle or Westfield Mall of the Netherlands. Saves you the costs of posting it. If you do so, you don't need to send us an e-mail first. Just make sure you have your invoice (or a copy of it) with you when you come to the store, to help us process your return.

What is the return period?

Is the item not what you expected? That can happen. After you've received the item at your house, you have 14 days to return it. Sign up the return by sending an e-mail to info@gutsgusto.com with your name, order number, items, and the reason why you're returning the item.
