When will my order be delivered?

Accepted Answer

If you place your order Sunday to Friday before 21:30 it will be shipped the same day. Usually you'll receive your order the very next day!

Is it possible to track my shipped order?

Sure thing! As soon as we transfer your order to a PostNL delivery man, you'll receive a track & trace code via e-mail. You can log in on my PostNL and track your order with that code.

Question 3

Can I pick up my order at a PostNL location and can I choose for an evening delivery?

Whilst ordering you can select the option to pick up your items from a PostNL location. Fill in your zip code and select your closest PostNL location! You can also choose evening delivery. For an extra €2 your order will be delivered between 18:00 and 21:30.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! Whether you live in Belgium, Germany, Norway or Australia, you can always order your favourite Guts & Gusto items from us. For orders in Belgium we ask €4,95 shipping costs. For orders in Germany we ask €5,95 shopping costs. For orders in Austria, England and France we ask €6,95 shipping costs. For orders to any other country we ask €14,95 shipping costs. Orders of €75,- or more will be shipped for free to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Germany, and Austria. Orders of €100,- or more will be shipped for free to addresses in France. If you don't live in any of the countries that we mentioned, there's no need to worry! Shipping costs to any other country are €14,95. All orders that are placed before 21:30 get shipped the same day.

Can I pick up my order at a pick-up point?

Would you look at that. You're all ready to pay for your order. Maybe you're already daydreaming about how you're going to mix and match your new items... Until you realize that you will not be home in the next couple of days and there is no one to receive your package. No stress, we've got you covered! When paying, choose the option "deliver package at PostNL pick-up point" and pick up your package when you feel like it. Never have the stress of waiting at home!

How much are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs to addresses within the Netherlands or Belgium are €4,95. Shipping costs to addresses within Germany & Austria are €5,95 per order. Shipping costs to addresses France are €6,95 per order. Orders of €75,- or more are shipped for free to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria. Orders of €100,- or more are shipped for free to addresses within France. Do you live in a country not listed above, but you still want to place an order? No worries. Shipping costs for all other countries are €14,95. Any order placed before 21:30 is shipped the same day.

Will my package be delivered in a sustainable way?

Accepted Answer

All of our packages will be sent from door to door in a sustainable way, with a net of zero CO₂. This means that all of the CO₂ emissions that Post NL can't reduce are compensated by investing in sustainable projects. Additionally, they have started driving electric motors more and making use of clean fuels. When they can, they deliver the packages by bike.
