Ordering your favorite items is super easy. Choose the item that you'd like to order, select your size and the color you want and click 'In shopping bag'. The item will be added to your shopping bag as if by magic! Remember: the item in you shopping bag is not reserved just for you. You can finish your order or you can continue shopping. If you are done shopping and want to place your order, go to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your payment and your order has been placed! We'll keep you updated about your order via e-mail. If you place your order Sunday to Friday before 21:30, it will be shipped the same day. Usually that means you'll receive your order the very next day!
You sure can! When you've finished adding items to your shopping bag, select collect at a store on the shipment page. Then select which store you would like to pick your order up from.
When you get to 'how would you like to pay for your order' you can click on the option to pick up your order at a store. Your order will then be switched to a reservation, and you'll receive an e-mail as soon as your items are ready to be picked up. You can pick your items up within 7 days. It takes on average two working days for your reservation to be processed. If some items aren't quite what you'd hoped for you can leave these behind and only pay for the ones you want to take with you!
Is your size out of stock? No worries! Send an e-mail to email@example.com letting us know which item you want, which color you would like and what your size is and we'll add you to our list. You can add yourself to our list too via the page the product is on. Click on 'is your size missing?' and fill in your e-mail address. As soon as the item is back in stock we'll send you an e-mail so you won't miss out!
Absolutely! There are a number of giftcards available in our webstore. The giftcards are always wrapped and sent as a gift! You can have it delivered to your own address or as a present to a friends. Giftcards are valid indefinitely and can be used online AND at our stores. You don't have to spend the amount all in one go either, but you can if you want! We also send last minute e-giftcards after you've place your order, straight to your inbox. Perfect if you're looking for a gift to give last minute!

Your giftcard is valid indefinitely! But we can't imagine it will go unused for very long ... We update our collection almost daily with new items, so there's a good chance you'll spot something to spend that giftcard on!
If you have one of our Guts&Gusto giftcards or vouchers, you'll notice it has a barcode. This barcode can be scanned at one of our stores or used whilst purchasing an item online. At the check out step you'll see the comments box 'giftcard or voucher code Guts&Gusto'. Fill in your code, click activate and your discount will automatically be added to your total amount. Discount codes on special offers can be used in the same way. When you click activate the discount will be added straight away. One thing: discount codes are not valid when using a gift card or on our sale items, unless we say otherwise. It's also not possible to use more than one discount code at a time.

Is there something wrong with your address details or did you order the wrong item or size? Don't stress! It can happen. Call us on +3185 047 1747 or e-mail us as soon as possible after you've completed your order so we can quickly correct it.
You can pay for your order via iDeal, credit card (VISA and MasterCard), PayPal, Bankcontact Mister Cash, AfterPay, a Fashioncheque and ofcourse with a Guts & Gusto gift card.
No, you don't. If you are left with an amount still to spend on your giftcard it will stay valid. After you've completed your order, your giftcard code will remain valid but the amount will obviously be less seeing as you've spent some. The method stays the same, even if you use some of your giftcard amount at one of our stores.
Shipping costs to addresses within the Netherlands or Belgium are €3,95. Shipping costs to addresses within Germany are €4,95 per order. Shipping costs to addresses within Austria, England and France are €6,95 per order. Orders of €50,- or more are shipped for free to addresses within the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders of €75,- or more are shipped for free to addresses within Austria, England and Germany. Orders of €100,- or more are shipped for free to addresses within France. Do you live in a country not listed above, and do you want to place an order? No worries. Shipping costs for all other countries are €14,95. Any order placed before 21:30 is shipped the same day.
So, you don't live within the EU but you really want to place an order through our webstore? No problem! The shipping costs for shipping to countries outside of the EU are €14,95.
If you place your order Sunday to Friday before 21:30 it will be shipped the same day. Usually you'll receive your order the very next day!
Sure thing! As soon as we transfer your order to a PostNL delivery man, you'll receive a track & trace code via e-mail. You can log in on my PostNL and track your order with that code.
Whilst ordering you can select the option to pick up your items from a PostNL location. Fill your zip code in and select your closest PostNL location! You can also choose evening delivery. For an extra €2 your order will be delivered between 18:00 and 21:30.
Of course! Whether you live in Belgium, Germany, Norway or Australia, you can always order your favourite Guts & Gusto items from us. For orders in Belgium we ask €3,95 shipping costs. For orders in Germany we ask €4,95 shopping costs. For orders in Austria, England and France we ask €6,95 shipping costs. For orders to any other country we ask €14,95 shipping costs. Orders of €50,- or more will be shipped for free to addresses within the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders of €75,- or more will be shipped for free to addresses in Austria, England and Germany. Orders of €100,- or more will be shipped for free to addresses in France. All orders that are placed before 21:30 get shipped the same day.
Have you recevied your order but it's not quite what you hoped for? That's a shame but it can happen. Please let us know that you're wanting to return the item by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, invoice number, the name of the item and why you're returning it. When you've done so, you will receive a return label. If you use this label we will withhold 5 euros of your payment amount, so you don't have to pay anything at the post office! This is valid for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Don't forget to include your invoice (or a copy of) with your return package. This way we can process your return easier. As soon as we've received your returned package we'll transfer the purchase amount back to your account within 1 business day. This goes for sale items too. Are you wanting to return shoes? Please make sure the shoes are packaged in a shoe box and that the box is packaged in a shipping envelope or shipping box. This way we can make sure that they will be returned to us in the correct state.
Of course! If it suits you better you can return your item at one of our stores in Arnhem, Eindhoven, Enschede, Groningen, Utrecht or Westfield Mall of the Netherlands. Saves you the costs of posting it. If you do so, you don't need to send us an e-mail first. Just make sure you have your invoice (or a copy of it) with you when you come to the store, to help us process your return.
Processing your returned order takes 1 to 2 working days. As soon as your returned order is processed, you'll receive an e-mail. It usually takes a couple of working days for your payment to be transferred back to your bank account.
Sure! Is your item not what you were hoping for and are you wanting to swap it for something different? No problem. Just send an e-mail to email@example.com or call us at +31 85 0471747 and let us know which item you're wanting to return and which item you would like to swap it for. We'll make sure your new item is ready to go. As soon as we receive your return we'll ship your new item to you (shippings costs are on us)! You are responsable for the costs of returning an item, but you can use a handy return lable. If you want to use a return lable we will send you a link to pay €5. After paying we will send you a return lable via e-mail. Are you wanting to return / swap shoes? Please make sure the shoes are packaged in a shoe box and that the box is packaged in a shipping envelope or shipping box. This way we can make sure that they will be returned to us in the correct state.
You can also visit one of our stores for your return. Before you do so, please let us know via e-mail or by phone that you're planning on returning an item so we can make sure you're new item is ready for you in the store. Don't forget to bring your invoice with you, or send it to us along with your e-mail!

Our Head Office is located at Tubantiasingel 1 in Enschede. From here, all orders are shipped out and all returns are processed. Besides shopping online you can also visit our stores in Enschede (above the Head Offices), Arnhem, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Groningen and at the Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam. It's even possible to pick up your online orders there and shop some more items from our collection while you're visiting! You can find our store in Arnhem at Hemelrijk 9, right in the town center! The address for our store in Utrecht is Choorstraat 3, close to the Dom Tower. In Eindhoven our store is at the Hermanus Boexstraat 40. Our store in Groningen is located at the Vismarkt 31. The address to our newest store in the Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam is Kornoelje 9. See you there!
