Is it possible to return my order at one of the stores?

Accepted Answer

Of course! If it suits you better you can return your item at one of our stores in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Eindhoven, Enschede, Groningen, Nijmegen, Leeuwarden, Tilburg, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Zwolle or Westfield Mall of the Netherlands. Saves you the costs of posting it. If you do so, you don't need to send us an e-mail first. Just make sure you have your invoice (or a copy of it) with you when you come to the store, to help us process your return.

Can I pick up my order in a store?

You can pick up your order, every day of the week in our stores in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Eindhoven, Enschede, Groningen, Nijmegen, Leeuwarden, Rotterdam, Tilburg, Utrecht, Zwolle and Westfield Mall of the Netherlands. When you want to pick up your order in one of these stores, take into account a delivery time of a few working days. If you want to pick up your order in of our stores, please indicate this in the delivery options.

What are the opening hours of Guts & Gusto stores?

Our stores are located in The Netherlands: Amsterdam, Arnhem, Eindhoven, Enschede, Groningen, Nijmegen, Leeuwarden, Rotterdam, Tilburg, Utrecht, Zwolle and Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam (and hopefully many more places in the future).
